Shadow Creek Community is a family friendly community located in the heart of Buda, Texas. We are a deed restricted community, which means we are subject to a set of rules and standards and ensure that our market values are being protected by upholding a benchmark of maintenance and property improvements. The community's deed restrictions can be found by clicking on Community Rules & Regulations. Shadow Creek is professionally managed by Southwest Management Services. The Association is responsible for the maintenance of common areas including landscaping, pool, playscape, soccer fields, basketball and volleyball areas, signage, architectural submission process, monitoring and enforcing the covenants, community insurance, taxes, and legal, among other things. A copy of the community's budget is also available under the Resident Resources tab. Please familiarize yourself with the responsibilities of the association and recognize the importance of maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and financially healthy community.
Did you know that Shadow Creek has all new pool access devices? You are eligible to receive a new pool fob at NO CHARGE if you are a member in good standing with the HOA. Please click here to Request a new Pool FOB. Your old pool access device will not work this season. Please be prepared by requesting your pool FOB in advance of swim season.
